Customer Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical systems? Join Eaton, a global leader in power management, and take charge of delivering complex, high-impact projects across the EMEA region. What You’ll Do As a CustomerProject Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of medium to large-scale electrical projects from post-sale handover through to final closeout. You’ll manage all phases of the project lifecycle including:

• Design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, automation systems, and turnkey solutions.
• Stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, service teams, contractors, and customers.
• Project planning and control using modern tools (e.g., MS Project), including schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
• Customer engagement and reporting to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful delivery.
• Team leadership, organizing kick-off meetings, managing internal and external contributors, and ensuring clear deliverables.
• Financial oversight, including cost control, variation orders, and margin management.
• Continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and contributing to best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience ideally in electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems (MV/LV), automation, and control systems would be a plus
• Experience working with utilities, critical infrastructure, renewables, or large industrial clients is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA for site visits, FATs, and customer meetings.
