Our core range of high-performance bamboo bedding is designed for hot sleepers, comfort seekers, and self-optimisers who treat recovery as part of their lifestyle. They are profitable, growing 40% YoY, and currently operate across Australia and New Zealand with plans to expand globally. As we scale, we’re building a team that values autonomy, sustainable growth, and a relentless focus on product and customer experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Manager to own the Shopify Plus store and CRM/retention ecosystem (Klaviyo). You’ll work directly with our founders to execute campaigns, optimise conversion, and drive profitable growth across our most important digital touchpoints.
This role is perfect for someone who loves operating with autonomy, thrives in a small and fast moving team, and uses AI tools to work faster, smarter, and with greater impact. You’ll be responsible for our onsite experience, merchandising, CRO roadmap, email/SMS retention performance, marketing calendar delivery, and reporting against contribution profit, the metric we care about most.
What You’ll Be Doing1. Shopify Plus Management & CRO
- Own day-to-day operations across the store: merchandising, content updates, navigation, QA
- Manage storefront updates for launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
- Partner with our developer to execute CRO tests and build new site experiences
- Analyse data to uncover UX and conversion opportunities
- Manage product structure, SKUs, bundles, collections
- Maintain site health and accuracy at all times
- Lead our A/B testing roadmap and document learnings
- Feed insights back into creative and messaging experiments
- Build an AI-first roadmap for ongoing site development and optimisation
2. Retention & CRM (Klaviyo)
- Own Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation and testing
- Build targeted journey flows (e.g., hot sleepers, skin-friendly, self-optimisers)
- Improve retention revenue, engagement and contribution profit
- Test copy, creative, and segmentation for ongoing improvement
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across email, SMS, and onsite experiences
3. Marketing Calendar Ownership
- Work closely with founders on campaign briefs, product launches and promotions
- Plan and maintain a clear marketing calendar across all channels
- Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time across email + site
- Manage timelines, briefs, deliverables, and accountability in Asana
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Adopt our reporting systems for contribution profit, CVR, AOV, retention
- Improve dashboards where helpful (without building new systems)
- Report weekly/monthly on KPI progress tied to bonus structure
- Work directly with founders on forecasting, performance insights, bottlenecks and execution quality
5. Workflow Optimisation & AI Integration
- Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier) to improve output and automate tasks
- Identify opportunities to streamline execution and reduce manual work
- Build and share new workflows, automations and operational efficiencies
- Integrate AI into retention, web, QA and reporting processes
Who You Are
- Hands-On Operator Comfortable working across Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics and CRO execution

- Collaborative You work well with founders, designers, devs and strategists
- Persona-Savvy You know how to personalise journeys by customer type
- Design-Aware (Bonus) You communicate CRO/design ideas clearly
Key Skills & Experience
- 4–6+ years eCommerce experience in a DTC brand doing $10–50M revenue
- Deep Shopify Plus experience (themes, merchandising, CRO, checkout)
- Strong Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Solid grasp of conversion metrics, retention levers and profitability
- Confident collaborating with designers and developers
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics & contribution profit modelling
- Advanced use of AI for automation and workflow optimisation
- Strong remote communication and async collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing projects in Asana
- Desire to grow into a future Director of eCommerce role

Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary depends on experience level (Attractive base with high earning potential)
- Performance Bonus: Based on contribution profit + retention KPIs
- Growth Path: Clear trajectory to Director of eCommerce as our brand scales beyond $15–20M and builds channel teams
