General Description:

This position will be an important member of our high-growth, fast-paced, high-visibility Peripheral Neuro Stim (PNS) marketing team. By working closely with customers and internal and external partners, this position will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth within the market, while keeping our patients' interests at the forefront. The overarching goal is to help improve patients’ lives by alleviating chronic pain.

Responsibilities:

• Creates value propositions, positioning, messaging, and content for commercial growth initiatives
• Develops and executes marketing plans in the support of revenue-generating activities
• Applies good judgment to align projects and priorities with company strategy
• Represents the Voice of Customer through the development of key customer relationships and market research in the support of product development and clinical strategies
• Formulates, communicates, and executes global launch plans to include commercialization strategy, podium and publication strategy, competitive positioning, product training, and sales support
• Provides product training to sales and customers for existing and new products
• Acts as a focal point of communication between internal and external team members (R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales)
• Collaborates and aligns with Sales, counterparts, and cross-functional team members to ensure the strategies work in synergy to deliver revenue and profit objectives.
• Assumes the role of “market expert” with a high cadence of key customers' communication, analyzing market reports, and identifying trends and threats

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
• A technical degree, such as engineering or science, is preferred but not required
• Travel 30%
• 3+ years of upstream and downstream product management driving business growth through strategic program development, customer targeting, competitive analysis, and successful product commercialization.
• Demonstrated ability to set and meet tight deadlines and function well under pressure
• Scientific/technical acumen for comprehending complex technology
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong situational awareness, coupled with facilitation, team building, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills, are required
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc. is required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and cGMP.
