We’re remote-first! While our main office is in London, our team is composed of over 110 people (and counting) working from 10 countries.
The role
We’re looking for a Graduate Product Manager to join our product team and help us shape the future of education technology.
You’ll work in an agile environment and play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of our new B2B product, Quest Progress.
At Atom, Product Managers are given real responsibility, but we also know you’re at the start of your career. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop the skills you need to grow into a confident Product Manager.

What you will do
- Support product development: Work within a cross-functional product pod, helping the team focus on delivering real value for teachers and pupils.
- Learn discovery skills: Collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to understand problems and explore solutions.
- Get close to customers: Build an understanding of our users through research, data and feedback.
- Contribute to roadmaps: Help gather requirements, assess priorities, and align product work with company goals.
- Communicate and share: Support in communicating progress and insights across teams, bringing people together around product success.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Head of Product and other Product Managers, learning how to make strategic decisions in a real-world environment.

- Degree holder: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or similar. You have a growth mindset and love learning.
- Eager to learn: You’re at the beginning of your product career and motivated to grow quickly.
- A natural leader in the making: You have presence, inspire confidence in others, and people are drawn to follow your ideas.
- Intelligent, curious and proactive: You pick things up quickly, ask insightful questions, and enjoy taking initiatives to solve problems.
- Adaptable: You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
- Customer-focused: You care about solving problems for users and improving their experience
- Collaborative: You enjoy working with others, communicate your ideas clearly and can inspire those around you.
Experience that would set you apart
- Some hands-on experience through internships, placements, or projects in a tech, start-up, or education environment.
- Exposure to product development, user research, or working with engineers/designers.
- A passion for education and how technology can improve learning.
