Software Engineer (Java, Python, React) | $17.6/month Remote

Position: Software Engineer III

Type: Full-time position

Compensation: $12.8K –$17.6K per month

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems
• Implement frontend experiences using React and related frameworks
• Build and maintain backend services supporting interview scheduling and AI workflows
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate GPT-4o and other AI technologies
• Work with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate development
• Contribute to interview transcription capabilities and AI quality systems
• Support scheduling improvements and candidate-driven experiences
• Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Software engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, PHP, or JavaScript
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with AI-powered development tools
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API design patterns
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and language model integration
• Experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems
• Demonstrated experience shipping products through the development lifecycle
• Knowledge of privacy-aware development practices
