Position: Frontend Engineer (Tailwind)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $30 - $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library.
• Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience developing complex frontends with React and JavaScript.
• Possess expertise in Tailwind CSS, with a passion for responsive and scalable design systems.
• Have strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization best practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver pixel-perfect UIs closely aligned with design requirements.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working remotely.
• Have a proven track record of building accessible and maintainable web applications.
