✨ What’s the Role About?

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional product team made up of Back-end, Front-end, QA, Technical Lead and Product Owner.

The position combines people leadership, product & program ownership, and technical system design, without hands-on coding.

What you’ll be responsible for1. Team & People Management

• Lead, support and grow a cross-functional engineering team
• Own performance management, motivation and engagement
• Support individual career paths, coaching and development plans
• Build a strong team culture based on trust, collaboration and ownership

2. Product & Program Management

• Own the engineering side of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product to define features, priorities and roadmaps
• Lead planning, estimation and delivery, balancing scope, quality and timelines
• Align stakeholders and keep a clear view of the bigger picture

3. System Design

• Understand the end-to-end system architecture and technical landscape
• Challenge and validate technical solutions and design decisions
• Partner with the Technical Lead to ensure scalable, sustainable systems
• Make informed trade-offs between business needs and technical excellence

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product-oriented environment
• Strong people management skills and a coaching mindset
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures and system design
• Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech and non-technical stakeholders
