Overview Our client is a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions focused on delivering impactful tools for organizations operating in complex, global environments. The company supports clients through innovative technology, helping them improve processes, enhance visibility, and drive better decision-making. Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst who will work closely with the Projects Director and Account Directors. This role is responsible for leading the implementation of Boréalis software for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Boréalis implementation projects end-to-end
  • Assess and understand clients’ business objectives
  • Identify and collect customer requirements and map business processes
  • Identify and recommend optimal solutions to integrate client processes into the Boréalis platform
  • Organize and conduct client meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and progress monitoring
  • Customize and maintain project and onboarding documentation
  • Configure the software in line with defined requirements
  • Manipulate, organize, and prepare data for imports when required
  • Maintain accurate project status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed at all times
  • Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
  • Suggest innovative, solution-oriented approaches tailored to client needs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Engage clients in strategic discussions to support long-term growth and adoption
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Boréalis solutions over time
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and processes

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT, Communication, Management, or Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in project and/or account management, preferably with large organizations
  • Strong communication skills with a client-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across time zones and international teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Exposure to Mining, Oil & Gas, or similar industries
  • International work experience
  • Understanding of corporate social responsibility challenges
