CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The P&C Data & Systems ‘Product Owner’ serves as the bridge between P&C and GDC teams and manages a portfolio of technology products that enable P&C’s strategic business and its operations. The P&C Data & Systems Product Owner oversees the product’s lifecycle and partners with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure value delivery and return on investments for the products within their scope. Strategy

  • Collaboratively define goals and vision for the technology roadmap with Business Owners, Business Accelerator and GDC delivery teams establishing a clear product strategy

Stakeholder Management (including Vendor Management)

  • Serve as the primary liaison between P&C Leadership, business and process owners (SMEs), GDC, and development teams. Lead the end-to-end delivery of business objectives through effective utilization of the People technology product stack.
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with P&C technology vendors, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet defined vendor KPIs

Lifecycle And Innovation

  • Develop a strong understanding of their product(s) and its capabilities to enable product development and growth in line with P&C’s strategic goals and operating model
  • Identify use cases to solve with existing and emerging technology capabilities
  • Collaborate with GDC to limit technical debt and drive adoption of in-scope/licensed product capabilities in line with P&C business objectives
  • Be commercially aware, focusing on development of product business case, setting metrics, and tracking progress to ensure product roadmaps are successful. Build, maintain, manage and communicate product roadmaps

Delivery And Maintenance

  • Administer the end-to-end lifecycle of products, ensuring the provision of technical support and the sustained maintenance of P&C technologies in close coordination with P&C process owners
  • Define product requirements with business, ensure they are properly prioritized, and work with our delivery teams (Business Accelerator, GDC, 3rd Party Vendors) to deliver on time and in line with budget availability.
  • Manage products through entire life cycle, ensuring continued success and value delivery to clients following launch. Manage the product lifecycle through product backlog and drive effective delivery, through sprint planning and partnering effectively with GDC.

Roi Define, maintain, and operationalize business adoption metrics and KPIs to report on return on investment (ROI) Your Experience.The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ year's experience managing various HR technologies from implementation through operations and maintenance including system upgrades, enhancements, and other activities
  • Strong background and experience in Agile methodologies including a track record of successfully overseeing technical product lifecycles in an Agile environment using backlog management and sprint planning
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) working closely with delivery teams and subject matter experts
  • Strategic thinking skills to define goals and vision for technical products based upon business use and value plan created in collaboration with business and technology partners
  • Stakeholder management experience including HR Leadership, Business Owners, and Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Experience managing and optimizing relationships with technology vendors including monitoring vendor performance
  • Experience working within a governance framework balancing risk and privacy concerns against delivery goals and timelines
  • Experience with defining and communicating adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify business impact
