Overview 

If selected to work on COACT projects as a Web Designer, you will be responsible for the visual style and aesthetics of client websites, oversee the creative direction of buildouts to ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with the broader agency team to deliver a seamless client experience. This is not a permanent role; this is to join the COACT Community of vetted freelancers and be considered for future projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the design of client website projects. 
• Design page layouts and templates. 
• Maintain consistent branding across digital touchpoints. 
• Collaborate with fellow COACTORS and clients if needed. 
• Utilize data and analytics in design decisions. 
• Partner with front-end developers to deploy designs. 
• Select and prepare imagery for client projects. 
• Maintain a database of design assets. 

Qualifications 

• Experience working at or alongside agency teams. 
• Comfortable working in a remote setting. 
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals. 
• Ability to take a project from concept to launch. 
• Strong command of color theory, typography, and layout. 
• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in multiple formats. 
• Awareness of UI/UX principles. 
• Familiarity with photo editing and design software. 
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
