Job Title: Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus)

Salary:💰 $170k-$190k+ Super (Lower End for Senior – Upper End with Leadership Experience)

Join a purpose-driven, AgriTech start-up that’s helping land managers and livestock operators leverage technology for sustainability and profitability.

They're currently undertaking a full rebuild of their flagship platform, originally launched several years ago. With a clean slate and big ambitions, they’re looking for senior engineers who want to own and shape the next generation of this product.

You’ll be a senior technical contributor on a lean, high-impact team, shaping architecture, driving technical decisions, and working across the stack (with a focus on the backend). It’s a hands-on role with clear pathways into leadership. You'll work closely with product and design, help integrate real-world ag data and take ownership of key systems as they scale.

🛠 Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, GraphQL
• Backend: Node or Java (Spring Boot), Postgres
• Cloud/Infra: AWS, Terraform
• Other: Strong focus on IOT & data-driven design
