About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Remote Data Analyst who thrives in an independent work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into complex datasets, uncovering meaningful insights, and translating those findings into clear recommendations that support strategic decision‑making. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams across the business, providing data‑driven guidance that shapes performance, efficiency, and long‑term growth.

You’ll be joining a forward‑thinking organisation that values curiosity, accuracy, and proactive problem‑solving. As a fully remote team member, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload while contributing to high‑impact projects that influence key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large and varied datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers

• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and automated reports using modern BI tools

• Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non‑technical stakeholders

• Monitor KPIs, highlight risks or opportunities, and recommend data‑driven improvements

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs

• Collaborate with teams across operations, product, finance, and leadership to support strategic initiatives

• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and methodologies

What You Need

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret and simplify complex information

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, plus experience with at least one analytics or BI tool (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently

• High attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated approach to work

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing your own deadlines

• A mindset focused on accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement

What’s on Offer

• Fully remote working arrangement with flexibility

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• Supportive, collaborative team culture

• Opportunities for professional development, upskilling, and career progression

• The chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing, data‑driven organisation
