Role Description

This is a remote part-time job for a Product Operations Managment (POM) specialist. The candidate will be responsible for consulting with the Center on a project focused on designing a purpose-built indoor vertical farm. This project is expected to last 1-2 months but the candidate may be asked to continue in a consulting capacity as needed as the project moves from design to implementation.

• Workflow Analysis and Optimization
• Manufacturing plant layout and design
• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in indoor farming or agriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in POM, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field minimum
• Master's or Ph.D. in POM preferred
