Cemoh are recruiting for a client looking for a Remote Marketing Manager (APJ) role in tech to drive campaigns, optimise processes, and boost pipeline growth.

  • Location: Australia (APJ region considered)

  • Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience - $50 to $55 per hour.

A global technology organisation is undergoing a pivotal transformation. After years of rapid growth through acquisitions, the business is now shifting focus from expansion to standardisation and optimisation. This transition is designed to bring consistency, strengthen processes, and ensure the right people are in place to deliver long-term impact.

The marketing operations function is central to this change. With a distributed campaign operations team spanning Europe, the US, and Australia, the APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) region plays a critical role in driving measurable results and fostering collaboration between field marketing, campaign operations, and business development.

The Opportunity

This is a newly defined opportunity to step into a full-time (30 t0 38 hours per week) contract role. Reporting into the Head of Campaign Operations, the position offers ownership of marketing operations for the APJ region, with responsibility for campaign execution, lead management, and process optimisation.

The contract structure is still being finalised (month-to-month or 6-12 month terms), and the role will commence in early 2026. The position is remote, with flexibility to work from home across Australia (preferred) and open to candidates from the broader APJ region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily marketing campaigns in Marketo, including, but not limited to, email and webinar programs.
  • Partner with APJ Marketing and Business Development teams to improve campaign strategies and manage lead flow.
  • Act as conduit between marketing and business development, ensuring seamless qualification and handover to BDR teams.
  • Integrate with the global campaign operations team to drive process standardisation and optimisation.
  • Perform campaign QA, troubleshooting, and technical adjustments to ensure quality delivery.
  • Analyse results using Salesforce and Tableau, sharing insights to guide optimisation.
  • Support operational programs such as lifecycle and lead scoring updates, with clear documentation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional enablement, stakeholder collaboration, and relationship management.

Team KPI Accountability

  • Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) conversion rate
  • Database growth
  • Email campaign performance

About You

  • 3 to 5 years’ hands-on experience in marketing operations, ideally within the technology industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in Marketo and Salesforce (essential).
  • Familiarity with PathFactory and Tableau (advantageous but not essential).
  • Skilled at interpreting reports and turning insights into recommendations.
  • Capable of balancing campaign execution with process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a global team environment.
