Mobile Application Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter) at Cauridor, you'll play a crucial role in crafting cutting-edge mobile applications. Your Impact Zone

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
• Deliver end-to-end features from technical design and implementation through to release and production support
• Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly mobile experiences with strong attention to detail
• Translate product requirements and wireframes into robust technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver well-integrated features
• Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-structured development practices
• Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and production bugs
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help improve mobile system design where needed
• Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, UI) to ensure application stability
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering standards
• Stay up to date with mobile development trends, tools, and best practices
• Support release cycles and ensure smooth deployment to App Store and Google Play
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery commitment

Your Toolkit for the Role

• 4–7+ years of professional mobile development experience (or equivalent strong expertise)
• Proven experience building and shipping Flutter applications in production
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle from development to deployment
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
• Familiarity with state management approaches (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit and UI testing)
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams
• Bonus: experience contributing to architectural decisions or mentoring junior developers
