Project Manager

About the Opportunity Careerscape is hiring a Sales Project Manager on behalf of our client, a high-growth sales organization based in Austin. Compensation: $75,000–$95,000/year

Location: Remote (Client based in Austin, TX)

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from start to finish
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, and operations to keep initiatives aligned
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation
• Flag risks early and drive resolution before they become blockers
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Gather requirements from internal teams to scope new initiatives
• Continuously improve project workflows and templates for efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally in a sales environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with sales cycles and revenue-focused teams
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
