Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer to join our partner’s remote-first team of ~6 engineers, building the core infrastructure behind modern AML/KYC compliance. They’re solving a multi-billion-dollar problem for banks, fintechs, and global enterprises, and they’re doing it with AI agents that cut false positives by up to 94%.

Founded in 2019, currently in their Series A backed with $8.5M in funding, and already scaling quickly to meet demand, this is a rare chance to work on technically deep systems that directly impact how financial crime is prevented. You’ll work closely with a highly technical founding team (ex-regulator CEO, systems-focused CTO) in an environment that values rigor, clarity, and speed.

This role is true full-stack ownership: data pipelines, APIs, decision engines, agentic workflows, and customer-facing platforms - all in production, all used daily by serious customers.

What we’re looking forMust-haves

• Strong experience building web applications end-to-end
• Deep experience with backend systems and APIs (Go and/or Python)
• Modern frontend experience (TypeScript, React or similar)
• Experience with production databases (Postgres or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
• US-based, able to work East Coast hours

1. This is not a narrow front-end or ticket-only role — you’ll own real systems
2. This is not a slow, roadmap-heavy environment — you’ll ship, iterate, and refine constantly
3. This is not a big-company engineering job — context switching is part of the game

Comp & details

• Salary: $150,000 – $190,000
• Equity: Competitive
• Unlimited PTO
