We are looking for passionate and driven Product Owners at both Junior and Manager levels to join our dynamic team. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure we’re building the right solutions for our users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Product Owner:

• Support product discovery, user research, and requirements gathering
• Assist in defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features

As a Product Owner (Manager Level):

• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
• Lead cross-functional product squads throughout the development lifecycle
• Own the product roadmap and ensure clear prioritization based on user and business value
• Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and manage product direction
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building strong product culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field
• For Junior level: 0–2 years of experience in product, tech, or agile teams (internships or academic projects welcome)
• For Manager level: 3+ years of experience in product management or ownership, leading initiatives or teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• A user-centric mindset and ability to balance business needs with customer value
