Product Owner – Marketing & Sales Data

We are looking for a Business Data Product Owner to join an international organization and contribute to the development of a group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product.

The goal is to make marketing and sales activities measurable across the full customer journey, from campaigns and leads through to customers, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the business responsibility for the Marketing & Sales Data Product.
• Define, develop, and prioritize the business roadmap.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management.
• Develop and harmonize key marketing and sales KPIs.
• Establish group-wide standards for marketing and sales data.
• Define business requirements, data standards, and data governance guidelines.
• Support business departments in using the data product and making data-driven decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Product Owner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, or CRM processes.
• Experience with data products, analytics, or Business Intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, independent, and strategic working style.
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban.
• Very good English skills.
