Your role as Project Manager & Analyst

We are seeking a consultant to support small-scale project management efforts and hands-on data analysis. This role spans analytics support, coordination across stakeholders, and structured project execution. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of assigned workstreams, apply structured project management practices, and perform analytical tasks with guidance.

How you’ll contribute

• Support the planning and coordination of small-scale projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timelines
• Maintain workback schedules, track progress, and help orchestrate tasks across multiple stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and Power BI, identify trends, and summarize insights to support decision-making
• Document and communicate findings in a clear and actionable format

Your skills and approach:

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Experience working with data cubes and Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Analytical thinking with the ability to explore data and surface actionable insights
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player

AI Proficiency

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Canva Magic, Notion AI) to improve daily workflows
• Ability to solve problems and enhance productivity through practical AI applications
• Comfortable adopting new AI technologies and integrating them into routine tasks

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $30.00 to $50.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
