Senior Full-Stack Engineer (C# / .NET / Vue)

The role:

As a consultative Senior Engineer you'll be a respected technical partner to our clients:

• You'll build and extend complex applications using C# and TypeScript (Vue), collaborating with other developers on everything from architecture to low-level performance optimisation.
• You'll get involved with the entire software delivery lifecycle, from frontend UI to Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• We don't believe in hiding our engineers away, so you'll work directly with teams at our enterprise clients, helping them find creative technical solutions to their business problems and process challenges.
• As a member of a small, dynamic team, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping our engineering culture and helping us build our processes as we grow.

What we need:

• Technical Depth: You have a proven track record of designing and running large-scale, production-hardened systems in a professional setting.
• Our Stack: You have professional experience with Vue (or other front end framework such as React), .NET, and Azure (or similar cloud environments).
• Autonomy with Support: You enjoy taking ownership of a project from start to finish, but you also value peer reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
• Mindset: You thrive in a neurodiverse environment and are a champion for inclusive engineering practices. You enjoy the challenge of using innovative tech to solve complex problems while staying deeply connected to a supportive, remote-first team.

What you’ll want to know

• Salary: £75k – £100k (depending on experience)
• Work-Life: 4-day week, fully remote, Bupa healthcare plan
• Criteria: Must already have the right to live and work in the UK
• Your Location: Anywhere in the UK (we like to meet in-person a few times per year in SE England)
• Process: No more than 2 interviews (ideally one in-person depending on your location) with our decision within 2 business days.
