In this position, you will…
As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will help bring new insurance partners onto Bolt’s SaaS platform by coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams and supporting client implementations from kickoff through launch. You’ll manage day-to-day onboarding activities, maintain momentum across multiple concurrent clients, and ensure a smooth, responsive experience. This role requires attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for this role…Client Program Execution
- Manage onboarding workflows for multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks across product, engineering, and support teams
- Track milestones, flag risks, and keep delivery moving with a strong sense of urgency
- Maintain onboarding documentation, deliverables, and meeting notes
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding activities
- Adapt communication style and cadence to fit each client’s unique needs
- Provide timely updates and ensure clients feel heard and supported
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Continuous Improvement & Operational Support
- Collaborate to improve onboarding processes, templates, and tools
- Contribute to tracking KPIs and identifying areas for speed and efficiency
- Escalate blockers early and constructively to maintain program momentum

You will require the following qualifications and skills…Qualifications / Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client delivery, or onboarding – ideally in SaaS, consulting, or insurance
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of managing external stakeholders
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and deliverables in alignment with client contracts and scope
- Preferred: Background in Big 4 consulting or project management within a B2B SaaS company, particularly in contract-driven engagements
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
- High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and professional judgment
Bonus Experience:
- PMP or CSM certification
- Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or insurtech
- Understanding of APIs, policy administration systems, or insurance workflows
