Role Description The Infor CloudSuite Distribution Consultant will work in a full-time, remote capacity to design, configure, and optimize Infor CloudSuite Distribution solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to CloudSuite functionality, and configuring modules to support order management, inventory, purchasing, and financial workflows. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to lead implementations, support data migration activities, and coordinate integrations with related Infor ERP and Birst analytics solutions. The consultant will create functional specifications, documentation, and training materials, and provide guidance during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. This position requires close collaboration with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution, including configuration of core distribution, inventory, order management, and purchasing modules.
- Strong ERP implementation skills, such as requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and user training within Infor ERP environments.
- Understanding of data and analytics concepts, including working with Birst or similar BI tools, data modeling basics, and interpreting business metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and extensions (e.g., APIs, middleware, or related cloud integration tools).
- Proficient communication and documentation skills, including creating clear process flows, functional specifications, and end-user guides.
- Experience working directly with distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing businesses and translating operational needs into system configuration.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, managing priorities independently, and collaborating across time zones with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in ERP consulting.
- Relevant Infor certifications (e.g., Infor CloudSuite Distribution or Infor ERP) are a plus.
