Web Developer (Hubspot)

Job Title: Web Developer (Part Time)Location: 100% RemoteDuration: 6 Months with possible extensionPay Rate: $54/hr on W2 (Upto 20 hours per week)About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot CMS Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our marketing websites and blog platforms within HubSpot CMS. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development expertise along with hands-on experience building and maintaining HubSpot templates, custom modules, and responsive web pages.

This role will work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to implement website updates, campaign launches, performance improvements, and ongoing enhancements to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web pages, blog templates, landing pages, and custom modules within HubSpot CMS.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
• Create and customize HubSpot drag-and-drop templates and reusable modules.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement campaign-related website updates and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot website issues, debug errors, and provide timely bug fixes.
• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
• Manage ongoing website maintenance and support requests.
• Work with workflows, forms, CTAs, and other HubSpot marketing tools as needed.
• Maintain consistency across web pages and branding standards.
• Participate in testing, QA, and deployment activities for new website features and updates.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end or CMS web development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL.
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• JavaScript
• HubL
• Experience building custom HubSpot templates and modules.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing website performance.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HubSpot workflows and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs or tools into HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD design implementation.
• Previous experience supporting marketing or growth teams.
