Azooa PTY Ltd is preparing a strategic response to RFI-03175 – FOCI Risk Identification Solution, a vital digital transformation project initiated by the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA). This solution aims to bolster Australia's digital sovereignty by identifying and mitigating Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risks across the technology supply chain.

To support this bold mission, we’re inviting expressions of interest from experienced and driven Full-Stack Developers. If you’re passionate about building secure, scalable platforms in a high-impact government environment, we want to hear from you.

The FOCI Risk Identification Solution will be a cornerstone of national digital resilience. It’s designed to:

• 🛡 Enhance the security of critical tech supply chains
• 🔍 Deliver real-time intelligence on potential foreign control risks
• ☁️ Operate within a secure, Azure-native cloud ecosystem
• 🧠 Integrate AI and analytics for risk scoring and insights
• 🔗 Improve inter-agency collaboration for cyber and operational security

Your contributions as a Full-Stack Developer will directly impact how the government evaluates third-party risk, manages vendor trust, and builds future-ready digital platforms.

✅ Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a core member of Azooa’s delivery team, you'll be hands-on in designing, developing, and maintaining a secure full-stack platform. You will:

1. 🛠 Build APIs and Services:

• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core / C#

1. 🖥 Design Front-End Interfaces:

• Create dynamic, responsive UIs using React or Angular with TypeScript

1. ☁️ Integrate Azure PaaS Components:

• Work with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, and more

1. 🔁 DevOps & CI/CD:

• Contribute to modern DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for pipeline automation and releases

1. 🧩 Team Collaboration:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary agile team of architects, analysts, engineers, and testers

1. 🛡 Security-First Development:

• Align with government security protocols including IRAP, ISM, and PSPF guidelines

🧠 Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring a strong mix of technical expertise and secure delivery experience:

• ✅ Full-Stack Development Experience
• 3+ years in enterprise-grade, full-stack development roles
• 💻 Backend Mastery
• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and modern REST architecture
• 🌐 Frontend Expertise
• Solid experience in React, Angular, TypeScript, and responsive design frameworks
• ☁️ Azure Knowledge
• Comfortable working with Azure-native PaaS services including Functions, Key Vault, Logic Apps
• 🔒 Security Awareness
• Experience delivering in secure/government environments; familiarity with IRAP or PSPF is a plus
• 🧪 Agile Delivery
• Track record of participating in Scrum/Kanban teams; delivering in iterative cycles
• 🔧 CI/CD Skills
• Experience setting up or maintaining pipelines using Azure DevOps

🔐 Security Requirements

This role involves working on a high-sensitivity government platform. Therefore:

• ✅ Baseline Clearance is required
• 🌟 NV1 or higher clearance is strongly preferred

🔁 What’s Next?

This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) ahead of formal tender engagement. You’ll be notified if shortlisted for Azooa’s panel submission to the DTA. From there:

1. 📑 If selected, you’ll be included in our formal response to the RFI
2. 🧾 Upon project award, we’ll proceed with onboarding and contract finalisation
3. 🔧 You'll join our delivery team to kick off development work by Q3 2025
