We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Managers to lead business development and client relationship management in the power and cable sector across Australia, Denmark, Ireland, and Spain. Successful candidates will be hired locally in their respective countries to drive sales growth, secure project orders, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in their local energy infrastructure markets.
Note: We are hiring for separate country-specific roles – one per country. Candidates will be considered for the country in which they are currently based.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local power utilities, EPC contractors, government agencies, and industrial clients
- Lead project bidding processes, including technical clarification and contract negotiation
- Coordinate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Collect and analyze local market intelligence to support brand positioning and channel development strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings within the assigned country
About YouEssential Requirements:
- Experience: 1.5+ years of sales experience in the power transmission, cable (submarine or land cable), or renewable energy sectors. Candidates with experience in EPC contracting or related industrial sectors are also welcome.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related fields. Candidates with strong industry experience may be considered regardless of academic background.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Spanish, Danish) is a plus but not required.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of business culture, commercial practices, and the energy sector landscape in the country where you are based
- Work Authorization: Must have valid working rights or permanent residency in the country of application (Australia, Denmark, Ireland, or Spain)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in securing project tenders or maintaining stable client relationships
- Experience working with local power utilities, grid operators, or government agencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Work Arrangement
- Remote working within your country of employment – you may work from home or any location within the country where you are based, with occasional travel for client meetings and company events as required.
- You will be locally employed in your country of residence – this is not an expatriate or relocation role.
