Our platform turns evaluation into data-backed confidence by testing thousands of real-world scenarios, surfacing clear, actionable insights, and maintaining audit-grade governance so risk, legal, and compliance teams can sign off with confidence.

We work with leading European banks and fintechs scaling AI chat and agent experiences. You’ll help shape the UX for our evaluation and monitoring tools, building interfaces that make complex quality signals simple, visual, and trustworthy.

Your role

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll shape how users experience our platform, from first impression to micro-interactions. You'll build interfaces that make complex AI validation feel simple, powerful, and elegant.

You'll work closely with the founding team to bring ideas to life, ship quickly, and refine continuously based on real user feedback. You'll also help shape our frontend architecture, ensuring everything we build is performant, accessible, and delightful to use.

What you will do

• Build intuitive, accesible, and responsive web interfaces
• Integrate AI-powered features
• Strengthen our codebase and refine frontend testing practices
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Tech StackFrontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Storybook, Vitest

Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL

Infrastructure: Azure Kubernetes Service, Pulumi, Flux

Tools: GitHub, Linear, Notion, Slack

Who you are

• You use AI tools daily and enjoy exploring how they speed up and improve your code
• Have 3+ years of experience building modern, interactive web apps
• Work confidently with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Take ownership from concept to polish and iterate quickly
• Care deeply about quality, writing clean, maintainable, and performant code
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup where autonomy and impact go hand in hand
