Senior Technical Project Manager (Contract) | ASTRAD

About the RoleAt ASTRAD, we’re building a high-performance advertising ecosystem, and we need a Senior Technical Project Manager who acts like a founder. We aren’t looking for someone to just manage a calendar; we need a platform lead who can bridge the gap between complex AdTech strategy and clean engineering execution.

This is a role for someone who has spent years in the trenches of software development and now loves the challenge of steering a platform’s roadmap. You’ll be the "technical heartbeat" of our product, ensuring we ship smart, scalable features that actually move the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the Platform: You’ll be the primary steward of our technical roadmap, making sure our vision translates into high-performance reality.
• Talking Tech & Business: You’ll translate commercial goals into precise technical specs. You should be able to hold your own in a deep-dive architectural chat with our engineers.
• Guiding Execution: You’ll identify blockers before they happen, manage our platform's logic, and ensure our third-party DSP dependencies are humming along perfectly.
• Driving Growth: You aren't just maintaining; you’re evolving. You’ll look at the AdTech landscape and help us decide where the platform goes next.

Requirements:

• A Technical Veteran: You have a solid background in software coding/engineering. You don’t need to ship code every day, but you definitely know what’s happening under the hood.
• An AdTech Expert: You live and breathe the programmatic world (RTB, auction logic, and the shift to privacy-first advertising).
• A High-Agency Leader: You’ve managed complex platforms for 5+ years and thrive in a remote environment where you have the autonomy to make things happen.
• A Clear Communicator: You can explain a "technical debt" trade-off to a stakeholder just as easily as you can discuss API logic with a dev.

The Setup:ASTRAD operates on a long-term contractor model. We’re looking for a partner who wants to grow with us over the long haul. This engagement includes a professional Master Services Agreement (MSA) to ensure all intellectual property and contributions are clearly protected, giving everyone the peace of mind to focus on building great tech.
