** Program Manager in Mobile development Role, 12 month contract, Remote (must be based in the UK), £43.27 – £48.08p/h PAYE**

You’ll inspire, educate, and empower third-party developers to build compelling applications and integrations for a cutting-edge platform. Responsibilities

• Inspire, educate, and engage early-stage developers in region at scale on the vast opportunities in building for a portfolio of advanced intelligent devices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to execute strategic programs and localize growth initiatives.
• Lead the execution of regional developer activations, hackathons, and other scaled funded initiatives.
• Build and nurture a robust developer pipeline, meticulously collect valuable product feedback, and champion regional developer needs internally.
• Serve as a thought leader, both externally and internally, providing expert guidance on best practices, industry trends, and future potential to developers at scale.
• Actively engage with developers by presenting at and attending relevant conferences, meet-ups, and industry events.
• Educate developers on the platform through various communication channels, in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Work directly with third-party developers to co-create engaging integrations for innovative intelligent devices.
• Lead hands-on programming workshops and labs to assist developers with the adoption of specific platform technologies.

What You’ll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)

• Strong experience working with developer communities.
• Demonstrated experience in mobile development, specifically with iOS or Android platforms.
• Proven exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• A strong understanding of how to effectively run and measure program effectiveness using relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in translating complex insights and data into highly impactful and actionable results.
• A track record of successfully leading cross-functional efforts, navigating competing priorities and constrained resources.
• Proven communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills that drive collaboration and resolution.
• Resourceful, action-orientated mindset with a proven ability to independently achieve goals and overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
