Andiamo is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for a Senior Staff iOS Engineer. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive the technical vision and execution of high-impact iOS applications. We’re looking for a seasoned engineer with 10+ years of experience, ideally within consumer-facing companies, who thrives on building elegant mobile solutions at scale while mentoring others to do the same.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of large-scale iOS applications that impact millions of users.
• Build best-in-class mobile experiences in Swift using modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine).
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver intuitive, consumer-grade experiences.
• Define technical strategy, establish best practices, and influence mobile engineering standards.
• Debug, profile, and optimize apps for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Take ownership of strategic, user-facing initiatives from concept to launch.

What You'll bring:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with a strong track record in iOS development.
• Proven background working at consumer-facing companies, building apps used by large user bases.
• Expert-level skills in Swift and iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine).
• Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, accessibility, and Apple HIG.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex mobile projects from idea to production.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions across teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional settings.
