The Product Marketing Manager (6-month contract) is responsible for supporting product releases, driving adoption, and enabling our Go-To-Market team through impactful marketing campaigns, messaging, and content across all products. We are looking for someone who can help our customers understand just how easy our product is to use. In this role, you will combine
traditional product marketing skills like messaging and competitive intelligence with creative
customer marketing tactics to improve customer experience. This role is an important
contributor to our overall customer retention goals. From day one, you will have the

Location: Remote (Preferences given to candidates residing in Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA, or Raleigh, NC)Reports to: Director of Product
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our products, the market and our competitors for our products
- Align the Go-To-Market team around a clear ideal customer profile for each target market
- Create messaging and positioning that clearly demonstrates how our product solves our ICP’s problems
- Support product enablement sessions with organization, messaging, positioning, and relevant resources for the GTM team
- Provide feedback to product team to help guide product strategy
- Establish and report on success metrics for product and feature releases
- Connect with customers to create a library of content for internal and external use, such as case studies, success stories and review quotes.
- Stay current on important industry and regulatory changes impacting the target markets your product serves
- Write monthly release note customer communications (as needed)– translating technical feature/functionality into valuable content for customers
- Write quarterly release note communications for data releases
- Organize quarterly customer release and reveal webinars in partnership with the product managers and growth team
- Customer and prospect-facing slide creation highlighting product value
- Establish success metrics for feature releases and customer marketing campaigns, and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with the Growth marketing team on prospect-facing webinars, press releases, blogs, and website content
This job might be a fit for you if you have:
- Demonstrated progressive work experience in product marketing, marketing, and/or market research
- Healthcare experience, specifically in the post-acute, health systems, and/or health tech space
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Superior written communication skills, including a firm grasp of grammar and business writing
- Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills- you know how to combine qualitative and quantitative insights to tell a story and make data-driven recommendations
- Inquisitive nature—desire to dig in, make a difference, and always keep learning
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a bias towards action
- Ability to work cross-functionally with members of various departments as you work towards a common goal
- Skills: Marketo, Salesforce (basic), Microsoft Office, Canva
