Senior Full Stack Developer (React, Node, TypeScript)

*THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT ONLY. NO C2C/1099 FOR THIS POSITION*Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Pay Rate: $60 - $70 per hour W2

Duration: Multi-year contract (Annual extensions)

Location: Remote

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong Front end Experience with React
• CSS - Styled Components or Tailwind
• Nodejs Backend
• Very Strong Typescript Experience
• Testing experience: Cypress or react testing library, Jest w/APIs
• Vanilla JavaScript experience, JavaScript frameworks
• Git Experience
• MySQL Databases
• Strapi or any CMS experience

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend emphasis to lead the architecture and implementation of an internal platform for HR/staffing operations and developer tooling. This role is about 60% backend, 40% front end. You’ll own relational data design, REST API strategy, test‑driven delivery, and performance/observability practices. You’ll mentor a front‑end‑leaning team, establish strong abstractions, and make pragmatic, future‑proof architectural decisions. JavaScript/TypeScript is needed to integrate seamlessly and avoid introducing unnecessary complexity. You will need to be very collaborative with other teams, such as the frontend team, to improve the functionality of the platform. Also, it is required that you are able to test our code once it is created.
