About The Role We are seeking a skilled Web Developer specializing in Drupal, WordPress, and CraftCMS to join our team. This fully remote position offers a flexible 40-hour workweek, providing the opportunity to work from anywhere. As part of our team, you will analyze client requirements, design, and implement web applications and interfaces based on PHP frameworks such as Symfony. Your role will involve integrating web applications into various CMS platforms, developing custom modules, and ensuring the seamless functionality of websites across multiple devices and browsers. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sophisticated, modern web solutions, including headless CMS architectures, to meet the evolving needs of our clients. There is also a potential opportunity to collaborate directly with our German headquarters on web projects for creative and digital agencies, further enhancing your professional growth and exposure to international projects. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of proven experience working on CMS/web projects, particularly with Drupal, WordPress, and CraftCMS. A strong command of HTML5, SCSS, and JavaScript is essential, alongside solid PHP knowledge or experience with comparable languages. Extensive experience working with REST APIs, version control systems like Git, and deployment tools is required. Experience with CMS migrations and managing complex web projects is highly desirable. Additional qualifications include excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, a keen interest in learning new tools and technologies, and the ability to thrive in a lean development environment with decentralized teams. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset will set candidates apart.
