About The Role The CPMG Cyber Security Web Developer serves as a senior technical authority within the organization, primarily responsible for enterprise web development, application modernization, and web portfolio management initiatives. This role demands a highly skilled professional capable of leading complex web projects from conception through deployment and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack development, database management, and secure coding practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-centric web solutions that adhere to the latest accessibility and security standards. As a key member of the technical team, the SME Web Developer collaborates closely with clients, stakeholders, project managers, and content owners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions that support organizational objectives and enhance operational capabilities. Qualifications To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate expert knowledge of web application architecture, enterprise web technologies, and full-stack development methodologies. A minimum of seven years of professional experience in web development, application development, or enterprise web architecture is required. Leadership experience, including managing development teams or serving as a technical lead, is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and websites, with proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL development, and data modeling. All contractors must be U.S. citizens and have successfully completed a T3, T3R, or equivalent investigation, which includes a National Agency Check, FBI fingerprint check, law enforcement checks, and credit verification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the SME Web Developer include leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise web applications, websites, and dynamic database-driven solutions. The role involves serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert for multiple concurrent web modules and enterprise initiatives.
