About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative web applications using ReactJS and related technologies. You will oversee a team of talented developers, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive user interfaces. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating design mockups into functional, visually appealing applications that provide seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers, to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and proven leadership experience. Candidates should have a deep understanding of ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Python and familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha are essential. Knowledge of performance optimization tools like Webpack and Babel is required. Candidates should have prior exposure to Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. Experience with Generative AI tools, such as Claude AI, is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading development teams and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Take full ownership of application delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
• Implement and troubleshoot complex UI issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Optimize application performance across different browsers and devices, utilizing performance tuning tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.
• Support the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance application functionalities.
