About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at Software Technology Inc. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications supporting our multi-platform roadmap. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, ensuring high availability, and driving technical vision aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will lead complex, large-scale projects, supervise cross-functional teams, including offshore associates, and contribute to strategic planning and product roadmap development. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess:

• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in JavaScript with a minimum of 5 years.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with extensive experience working with both legacy and modern TypeScript frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Node.js development, ensuring robust server-side applications.
• Proven experience with testing frameworks, particularly Jest, for unit and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of state management using Redux.
• Extensive experience with React.js for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to design and deliver complex large-scale systems from vague requirements within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated operational and engineering excellence, with a record of applying SOLID principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• Honesty, adaptability, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for:

• Participating in the planning, design, and deployment of enterprise applications aligned with the multi-platform roadmap.
• Architecting scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications that meet business and technical requirements.
• Driving the technical vision and influencing product development strategies.
• Leading the discovery phase of large projects to develop high-level designs and technical specifications.
• Supervising and mentoring cross-functional teams, including offshore engineers, to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Implementing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on robustness and scalability.
• Conducting root cause analysis for critical business and production issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Documenting testing procedures, application corrections, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Building consensus among stakeholders, resolving conflicts proactively, and influencing decision-making processes.
• Supporting business objectives by ensuring technical solutions align with strategic goals.
