As a Senior

You’ll own key services, take the lead on technical decisions within your domain, and build the experience needed to step into leadership.

As a Lead

You’ll define backend direction, raise standards across the team, and guide developers while staying close to the code.

You’ll be comfortable with:

• JavaScript, Node.js and TypeScript
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, RDS, S3)
• API design and backend systems
• Debugging and performance optimisation

Nice to have:

• Experience mentoring or leading
• Exposure to e-commerce or high-scale systems
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar)
