Front-End Software Developer

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Front-End Software Developer to help build elegant, responsive user experiences for our growing suite of applications. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with a strong portfolio, a desire to collaborate cross-functionally, and the ability to simplify complex problems. You'll join a fully remote U.S.-based team that values communication, initiative, and smart use of modern development tools, including AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Codex. While this is primarily a front-end role, you will occasionally contribute to API development.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states to be considered: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, or Washington.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Vue.js
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to build high-performing apps
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and product discussions
• Write and maintain both internal and client-facing documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end support issues
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency
• Occasionally assist with C#/.NET API development

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of front-end development experience
• Proficiency in Vue.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong design aesthetic and UX instincts
• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and mobile-first design principles
• Experience working with REST APIs (C#/.NET experience a big plus!)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows
• Understanding of full-stack software principles
• Ability to travel regionally and to the company HQ in CA on an occasional basis

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio (min. 5 years)

Compensation range:  $110,000 – $135,000 USD (Annualized Base Salary) + quarterly incentives
