• Strong knowledge of .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6 (8+ years) and React (6+ years)
• Experience with cloud platforms (any provider, preferably GCP)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and testing (unit, integration, and automated testing frameworks)
• Proven track record of technically leading Scrum teams and coaching team members
