This is a part-time, hands-on role for someone who understands creative workflows, cares deeply about quality, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team. You will oversee projects, support business development, and contribute to content and growth initiatives.

Success in this role means projects run smoothly, creative output stays high-quality, clients feel well-supported, and new opportunities are actively explored.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and external collaborators, playing a key role in how the studio operates and grows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects from briefing to final delivery
  • Coordinate designers, illustrators, and external collaborators
  • Review creative work with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and quality
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and feedback are handled clearly and efficiently
  • Communicate with clients and partners in clear, professional English
  • Support business development activities, including:
  1. Researching tenders and pitches
  2. Reaching out to potential clients and partners
  3. Supporting applications and follow-ups
  • Support content creation and growth initiatives, including:
  1. Contributing to social media content planning
  2. Being comfortable presenting or speaking on camera when needed
  3. Supporting the studio’s visibility around environmental and human rights topics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of design and creative production workflows
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, small-team environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with business development, sales, or tender applications
  • Experience with content creation or social media growth
  • Interest in environmental, social, or human rights topics

Additional information

  • Part-time role. Approximately 15–20 hours per week
  • Fully remote
  • EU-based or able to work in EU time zones
