📱 Mobile Engineer (React Native) – Wellnite📱

At Wellnite, we’re reimagining the meaning of wellness and wellbeing. We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer with deep React Native expertise to help us deliver seamless, reliable, and beautiful experiences across iOS and Android.

🌟 Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale our React Native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Integrate and optimize native iOS and Android SDKs for performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to create smooth, user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Implement mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automated deployments.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and offline capabilities of the app.
• Ensure best practices in mobile app security, accessibility, and reliability.
• Debug complex issues and work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs.
• Stay ahead of mobile trends and recommend tools or frameworks that improve developer velocity.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience, shipping production apps.
• Strong proficiency in native iOS SDKs and Android SDKs.
• Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or similar).
• Familiarity with debugging and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase, Flipper).
• Solid understanding of networking, REST/GraphQL APIs, and state management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.

• Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.
• Knowledge of mobile health APIs (Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Samsung Health).
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant mobile app development.
• Exposure to CI/CD at scale and app feature flagging.
