· Working Hours: Flexible, minimum 10 hrs/week up to 40 hrs/week (partial PST overlap required)

Project Overview:
We're building sophisticated evaluation and training datasets to improve how Large Language Models (LLMs) interact with complex software engineering tasks. Engineers will collaborate on projects such as:
· Improving LLMs' ability to traverse and comprehend large codebases.
· Developing intelligent software agents (e.g., coding copilots, design assistants, home automation agents).
· Conducting structured evaluations of model-generated code.
· Identifying ambiguities, edge cases, and opportunities for model refinement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and deliver full-stack agent use cases in production settings.
· Evaluate and compare 3–4 model-generated code responses per task using structured ranking methodologies.
· Review code diffs for correctness, quality, maintainability, style, and efficiency.
· Provide detailed rationale for rankings and assessments.
· Identify and document issues in model performance with code-centric reasoning.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to improve LLM behavior across varied code contexts.
Must-Have Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in software engineering.
2. Location: Must be based in the US, Canada, Western Europe, or Australia, and hold citizenship or valid work authorisation.
3. Company Background: Must have worked at least 2–3 continuous years as a full-time Software Engineer (not Data Scientist) at one or more of the following product companies:
Google (Alphabet), Apple, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Netflix, Tesla, NVIDIA, Adobe, Salesforce, Airbnb, Dropbox, Stripe, Palantir, Uber, Lyft, Square (Block), Twilio, Snap Inc., Pinterest, GitHub, Atlassian, HashiCorp, Databricks, Snowflake, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, MongoDB, Elastic, Confluent, Figma, Oracle, Cisco, PayPal, Doordash, Reddit, Coinbase, Splunk, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Capital One, Plaid, Shopify, Intuit, Workday, Spotify, ServiceNow.
Technical Expertise:
· Proven hands-on experience building full-stack, production-grade applications.
· Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, code quality and debugging.
· Ability to review and evaluate code diffs for correctness, scalability, and readability.
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for clear, structured feedback.
· Preferred: Background in AI, open-source, or evaluation of model-generated outputs.
· Preferably a graduate of a top-tier university or equivalent experience.
