Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React, Next.js, Typescript, tanstack, zustand, react-router and react-query.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Innovate: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development with at least 2 years specifically in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Testing: Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Best Practice's: CI/CD and Clean Architecture
• Knowledge about relational databases (PostgreSQL,...)
• Development and architecture patterns
• Experience working with Agile.
• DevOps Knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions...)
• Jira, confluence.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Languages: English (min B2) and Spanish.
