You will drive the live operations strategy across a portfolio of successful titles, ensuring they remain engaging, competitive, and profitable.
We’re looking for a data-driven leader with proven experience in live operations, a strong background in F2P games, and a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences. If you’ve worked on published games, optimized their economies, and elevated their LiveOps strategies, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
LiveOps Leadership
- Manage day-to-day live operations for a portfolio of games with millions of active players.
- Plan and execute high-impact live events, seasonal content, and in-game promotions.
- Ensure smooth delivery of patches, technical updates, and feature releases, prioritizing stability and player satisfaction.
Game Growth & Optimization
- Develop data-driven strategies to boost retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Design and implement LiveOps initiatives that cater to both loyal and new audiences.
- Collaborate with UA and marketing teams to align growth strategies with in-game events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing to align on game roadmaps and priorities.
- Coordinate with analytics teams to measure the impact of LiveOps initiatives and features.
- Ensure seamless communication of roadmaps and goals across stakeholders.
Monetization & Game Economy
- Optimize in-game economies to maximize player lifetime value (LTV) while maintaining balance.
- Identify and execute on new monetization opportunities, including IAPs, ad placements, and subscriptions.
- Analyze event and promotion performance to refine monetization strategies.
Player Engagement & Feedback
- Monitor player feedback and collaborate with community managers to address concerns.
- Partner with customer support to improve the player experience and resolve issues effectively.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Conduct A/B tests to refine events, offers, and in-game features.
- Report key insights and growth opportunities to stakeholders regularly.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in the mobile gaming industry, with a focus on live operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing published games with significant MAU.
- Strong understanding of F2P business models, player behavior, and game economies.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to drive decisions and measure success.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for working across diverse teams.
- A love for gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape.
