Who You Are:

• Python or Node.js expert: Deep expertise in building robust, scalable backend systems and microservices using Python or Node.js. You seamlessly integrate new libraries and frameworks.
• AI & Code Generation experience: You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and are genuinely excited about applying AI, particularly for code generation, automation, and revolutionizing developer workflows. Experience here is a major plus.
• Hacker Mentality: You thrive on diving headfirst into complex problems, rapidly prototyping solutions, reading docs on the fly, and iterating relentlessly. You fix things because they need fixing.
• Ultimate Self-Starter: You see gaps, identify opportunities, and take decisive action without waiting for direction. You own problems and drive solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Spearhead Rapid Prototyping: Build MVPs at breakneck speed and evolve them into scalable, production-grade services powering our core product.
• Champion AI Integration: Leverage LLMs and other AI technologies to explore, prototype, and implement innovative features for automated code generation and developer productivity enhancement.
• Build for Scale & Reliability: Architect, develop, and deploy backend systems that handle real-world traffic, ensuring performance, stability, and resilience from day one.
• Be a Full-Stack Founder (in Spirit): Dive deep across the entire stack – backend architecture, AI model integration, API design, and infrastructure – doing whatever it takes to ship transformative features.
• Define the Foundation: Play a critical role in establishing engineering best practices, tooling, and the culture of our growing technical team.
