Freelance Web Developer – Email Warmup & DNS Setup

This role involves configuring and warming two new subdomains for a commercial real estate membership platform, utilizing Go High Level, Cloudflare, and Gmail. The primary objective is to ensure both subdomains are fully operational, routed correctly, and capable of handling a catch-all email flow that delivers all messages to a linked Gmail inbox without a full Google Workspace setup. The position requires immediate action to adjust DNS records, verify subdomain propagation, and implement a robust email warming strategy for approximately 34,000 scrubbed CRM contacts. The ideal candidate will have experience with email deliverability, DNS management, and the use of warming tools such as Warmy, Warmbox, or Instantly.ai. Success in this role will be measured by the seamless delivery of emails to Gmail, healthy open and click rates, and minimal spam issues, as evidenced by a comprehensive deliverability report. Deliverables

• Configure and route two new subdomains via Cloudflare and Go High Level.
• Set up and verify a catch-all email flow to a designated Gmail inbox for all address variations on both subdomains and the main domain.
• Implement and manage an email warming plan for 34,000 CRM contacts using a recommended tool.
• Monitor and report on open, click, and spam metrics to ensure optimal deliverability.
• Provide final confirmation of DNS propagation and successful Gmail delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Go High Level, Cloudflare, and Gmail configuration.
• Strong understanding of DNS management and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with email warming tools and best practices for reputation management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deliverability issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
