Job Description

Posted on: November 12, 2025

Join a project focused on building a warm, professional online platform dedicated to personal development and wellbeing. The role involves designing and developing a Canva-based website to showcase digital resources such as The Readiness Journal, The Resilience Blueprint, and The Life Transition Guide. The ideal candidate will create a cohesive, easy-to-navigate site that integrates a blog, secure payment and download systems for digital products, and interactive, fillable PDF journals. The brand aesthetic emphasizes calm, natural tones, generous white space, and uplifting, authentic imagery. Preference is given to candidates based in Australia or New Zealand to facilitate communication. The project is scheduled to start in December 2025, with a launch planned for January 2026, and offers the potential for ongoing collaboration as the platform expands. Deliverables

  • Design and develop a Canva-based website, including both front-end and back-end setup
  • Integrate a blog section for reflective articles and updates
  • Set up secure payment and download links for digital guides and journals
  • Design interactive, fillable PDF journals and print-ready versions for hard-copy production
  • Ensure the website is easy to update and maintain independently post-launch
  • Apply a cohesive brand style using soft natural tones, elegant fonts, and uplifting imagery
  • Collaborate closely to ensure the site aligns with the vision and user experience goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and developing websites using Canva, especially for small businesses or personal brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive PDF and print-ready journal design
  • Proficiency in setting up secure payment gateways and digital product delivery systems
  • Excellent eye for clean, modern, and calming design aesthetics
  • Ability to integrate and manage blog functionality within Canva or compatible platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates based in Australia or New Zealand
  • Availability to begin in December 2025 and deliver the project by January 2026
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to provide guidance on best practices for digital product presentation
