We are looking for a ZERO-TO-ONE Product Creator with strong product research, design and management skills. This individual embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur and is ready to shape and refine our product experiences.

This is not a traditional job, nor a salaried position it’s an opportunity for a passionate builder to co-create something meaningful with equity-based compensation.Area of Passion

We have several product categories under development. The product leaders should have a passion for one of the areas below or be a generalist able to dive deep into either current project or help identify new opportunities. 

Project 1: Relationship and Dating Apps. We are redefining what Dating Apps are and should be. 

Project 2: Angel Investment Platform: We are redefining what values a platform should bring to investors and entrepreneurs. 

Project 3: Intelligence Assistant: We are exploring solutions to truly augment human intelligence through AI that truly empowers humans and not just another technology. This can be Project 1-2 or new areas.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Creator who thinks and acts like a founder. This individual should have a street-smart approach to identifying user needs, researching trends, and crafting effective innovative solutions from scratch. The ideal candidate is not just looking for a job but is obsessed with creating extreme value through impactful user experiences while thriving in a startup environment.

Areas of Talent & Skill

• User Value Proposition: Can lead users to solutions that are not articulated by users but deeply valued. This comes from living in the future of technology and users' realities. 
• Understanding Unique User Problems: Deeply exploring customer pain points, usability issues, emerging tech trends, and untapped opportunities.
• Customer-Driven Insights: Collaborating with researchers and users to uncover both spoken and unspoken needs, ensuring a seamless product experience.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Investigating and experimenting with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR), new interaction models, and product innovations to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes

• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Think and act like a founder, taking full ownership of product vision, execution, and success.
• User Research & Experience Development: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and testing to craft intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Product Prototyping & Design Thinking: Lead the end-to-end product creation process, from ideation and prototyping to testing and refinement, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Iterative Product Development: Apply lean methodologies to rapidly prototype, test, and refine products based on user feedback and data insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-centric product.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics, testing, and user feedback to refine and improve products continuously.

Qualifications

• Domain experience in problems areas under development or bring something to the table. 
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating new to the world products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance creativity with execution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

Compensation

This is an equity-based role, not a salaried position. You will be joining as a co-founder-level product leader, shaping the company’s future while owning a significant stake in its success. You will have equity in a portfolio of projects.
