Principal Product Manager, Trilogy (Remote) - $200,000/year USD
Job Description
Posted on: September 3, 2025
Ever launched a software product from scratch only to discover that's when the real work begins? You're not interested in being a backlog manager or spec writer—you want meaningful ownership where you can drive impact through deep understanding and rapid execution. At Trilogy, we've reimagined product management. Instead of managing roadmaps, you'll be laser-focused on achieving a specific, measurable business outcome. Your mission is clear: make users interact with the product in ways that deliver real results. Armed with AI as your collaborative partner and continuous user feedback, you'll build domain expertise, codify insights for your team, and navigate through rapid, data-informed iterations until you hit your target. Join a team that values substance over ceremony, impact over process diagrams. We're looking for someone who makes decisions anchored in user data, maintains tight feedback loops, and delivers sharp insights. If you're ready to transcend traditional product management and redefine what's possible, this is your opportunity. We're not just playing by different rules—we're creating a whole new playbook. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop BrainLifts: Create and evolve structured repositories of expert knowledge that enhance AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery.
- Execute Weekly Product Iterations: Deliver focused, data-backed enhancements that incrementally move the product toward defined success metrics.
- Cultivate Domain Expertise: Develop comprehensive, structured understanding within your specialty area, enabling higher-quality team decisions, customized solutions, and authoritative market positioning.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Committing to month-long feature development cycles; our rhythm is weekly shipping and iteration
- Creating exhaustive product requirement documents, maintaining extensive backlogs, or over-specifying every interface detail and edge case
- Engaging in technical implementation details or architectural design decisions
Basic RequirementsPrincipal Product Manager key responsibilities
- Demonstrated 4+ years in product leadership positions at product-focused companies where you personally crafted the complete product vision, defined strategic direction, and implemented improvements based on metrics or customer insights (must be full product ownership, not feature-level work, internal tools, outsourced development, or single-client custom solutions)
- Previous experience managing software products for enterprise markets, with clear understanding of the unique dynamics of enterprise software selection, procurement, and adoption compared to consumer or SMB markets
- Genuine passion for incorporating AI tools into your professional workflow (including research, analytical tasks, information synthesis, or strategic planning)
