We’re looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or SRE who wants to grow in a cloud-first, security-conscious, and internationally focused environment.

Your Mission

As a Junior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll help maintain the availability, performance, and security of the applications and infrastructure that power TLScontact’s global operations. Working closely with experienced engineers, you’ll support and improve our systems, introduce automation, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop Kubernetes/OpenShift components (Pods, Services, Deployments, Routes, Secrets, Config-Maps)
• Assist in maintaining and scaling AWS-based cloud environments to ensure performance and security
• Support the development and deployment of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Help manage application deployment tools (PDQ, Tanium) for remote updates and installations across global sites
• Automate manual processes using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and implement proactive improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations (including nights/weekends) with structured escalation processes
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in DevOps, IT Operations, or SRE-related roles
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM)
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, etc.)
• Exposure to PDQ, Tanium, Intune
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices
• A passion for automation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of identity systems, personal data protection, or biometric platforms
• Experience with ITIL processes or ticketing systems
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub Actions)
