Full Stack Engineer

Job Position: Full-stack Engineer – React/Node focusLocation: Portugal – Fully remote with meetings based in either Lisbon or Porto, from time to time.Salary: Up to €55,000 gross + benefits

You will be developing modern web applications that drive data analytics, system optimization, and operational efficiency for the client’s platform to their end users.

Your Role:

• Take charge of major development projects

• Write clean, high-performance, scalable code

• Work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team

• Ensure systems stay reliable through regular testing and upkeep

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

• React / Node / JavaScript / Typescript / MongoDB / REST / AWS

• Effective communication in English & Portuguese

Interview Process:

1. HR Screening - Company presentation, explanation of the position, applicant introduction, and culture fit questions

2. Technical - With engineering leadership.

3. CEO & HR - Discussing company vision and plans, whilst answering additional questions, making sure everyone’s expectations are aligned.
